Get in touch before you move in. We visit the new office with you and ask everything we need to know: how many people, what each desk does, what you already have.

One plan that covers all of it, with a quote. Your front desk and your back office get different setups.
Ready before you open
We order the computers and set them up ahead of time, so they arrive ready for their desks.
Set up and tested on-site
The internet, the network, the computers, email, files and backups: set up in the office and tested before your first day.
Handed over, with training
You get written notes and every login, and your team gets a training session. After that, we're still a message away.
What's included
- The internet provider, dealt with for you.
- Network cable and security cameras for small jobs. Octachain isn't a licensed contractor, so bigger cable runs go to a licensed partner, and we take on small camera installs only.
- Written notes on how everything is set up, and the logins to everything we set up. It's your office.
- A training session for your team on the new setup: working with files and cloud storage, email, and the rest of what they'll use every day.
