Email & Office Apps
Email that arrives, and office apps that open.
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Proton Mail, or whatever you're on now. Outlook, Word, Excel, Acrobat and the other apps your office opens every day.
What we do
Email, set up around how you work
Filters that sort the mail as it comes in, folders that make sense to you, forwarding between accounts. Shared mailboxes and calendars, for when more than one person needs the same inbox or schedule.
Your email service, set up or moved
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Proton Mail, or whatever you're on now: set up, or moved from one to another. Email on your own domain (name@yourbusiness.com), set up so your messages don't land in spam.
Office apps that open
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat, and most of the other apps small offices use. When one won't open, keeps crashing or won't sync, we fix it.
When an inbox starts sending spam
First the account: we lock it, change the password and turn on two-step sign-in. Then we find out how they got in. In one office, the address was sending mail to the office's own customers. The way in was remote desktop software on one of the computers, used to send mail from an inbox that was already signed in. We removed it and closed that door.
Most email jobs are small ones: a filter, a folder, a shared calendar.
