What we do
Wi-Fi for the whole office
Wi-Fi that covers the whole office, the back room included. We walk through the office and check every device: that it connects, how fast it is, and how strong the signal is where it sits.
Network cable where it helps
Cable for the desks and devices that work better wired, run along walls and ceilings and cut to length. Octachain isn't a licensed contractor, so we take on small jobs only: nothing inside the walls, and no electrical wiring.
The router, and more when you need it
For most offices, a good current router, set up properly. When yours needs more, a firewall between the office and the internet and switches for the wired desks, from UniFi, pfSense or OPNsense. We pick them together, once we've talked it through.
The internet provider, dealt with for you
Moving into a new office, or trouble on the provider's side: we call the internet provider for you and stay with it until the line works.
Every office has a back room the Wi-Fi forgot about.
What we leave to others
Cable inside the walls, electrical wiring, fiber and big installs. These go to licensed partners we work with. A dedicated business internet line is the provider's to install.
