What we do

• New computers

  Refurbished business computers, tested and set up by us: see the hardware page. Or anything else, found to order: a laptop, a new model, new or used, any budget. The quote names the exact model.

• Setup and moves

  We come to you and bring what the job needs. The new computer is set up at your desk, your files move over, and the old one gets wiped. How long it takes depends on the computer and the office.

• Fixes

  A slow computer is usually a crowded one: programs that start with Windows and never close, things running in the background for no reason, system folders full of leftovers. We clear that out. When that isn't enough, we save your files, wipe it and start again with a fresh Windows. Password resets too, and anything that “worked yesterday.” More on the everyday fixes list.

• Printers and scanners

  A new printer that prints from every computer. The one that says it's offline. The scanner that won't send to email or a folder. We fix the printer. We don't judge the printer.
