What we do
Shared folders
The files everyone needs, in one place, opening on every computer, every time. Set up so the same document doesn't live in three places, and the right people see the right things.
A storage box in the office
A Synology or TrueNAS box, sized for the office: your files on a box you own, in your own office, with no monthly fee for the space.
Cloud drives sorted out
OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox, set up the way your office works: sync fixed, files organized. Or your own Nextcloud on a server in the office, if you'd rather keep your files off the big platforms.
Backups that get tested
No backup yet? We start with an external drive: everything backed up onto it, and the drive stays with you, a copy outside the office. For a computer that needs it, we make a full copy of its whole drive. We test the restore whenever you ask, and every six months for full backups of a computer.
Backups you'll never need, right up until the day you really, really do.
What we leave to others
A drive that has failed badly, or been through water or fire, can need a data recovery lab's equipment. We'll point you to one we work with.
